Meet Aimee Dixon Minnis @the-mortgagegirlboss

We discuss market positioning as an originator and what the future looks like for mortgage originators. The goal of the conversation is to showcase Aimee’s marketing strategy and give other originators ideas on how to differentiate themselves in their market.

Aimee focuses her business on first time home buyers in the millennial age group. She also strives to help single women with the goal of homeownership.

She also created a group to help potential clients who may not qualify for a loan now, but could use some help getting on the right path and eventually being able to do business with them.

Having a digital presence allows her to showcase her personality and keep working towards her goal of being a mortgage influencer.

I have spent the last 15 years in the mortgage industry. In 2006 I opened a small brokerage with a few friends that we were able to grow from a 4 person brokerage to a multi state mortgage lender that made the Inc 500 list, Inc 5000 List, and was the San Diego Business Journal's #1 Fastest Growing company one year. In 2017 we made Entrepreneur Magazine's Entrepreneur 360 list of the 360 Most Entrepreneurial companies in the country. In 2018 we sold the company and I stayed on for over a year working on and with the executive team to help successfully merge the two companies.

I am now focusing my time with Vonk Digital which is a SAAS website and marketing platform that helps originators get found online, build authority, and control their personal brand.
