What does setup fee cover?

1. Branding the site
We add you logo and match the color scheme of the site to it.

2. Add content from checklist
We add the information provided on your checklist to the site.

  • Company contact information
  • Staff members pages (if applicable)
  • Social feeds (if applicable)
  • Company license info
  • Hero image
  • Review feed from Google, Facebook, Zillow, and Yelp (if applicable)
  • Privacy Policy (we include but while add yours if you have one)

Items NOT included in setup
We love when clients make their sites unique, but in order to keep general setup costs super low we cannot include everything.

Design Customizations: We highly encourage you to customize your site to make it unique… please understand that can take quite a bit more work so we must charge for that based on what you need.

Building Extra Pages: If you have loan options you want added or any additional pages we do not already include, we can provide a quote during onboarding to help you.

Altering Existing Pages: Loan programs and pages come as is, if you want to reword them or change images etc that is not included in the allotted setup fee. We give access to make those edits if you wish to do it on your own. But we recommend using us.
