All our mortgage website plans are month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts. Yes! Your site will be launched on your domain. If you do not have one yet we like Godaddy. Just remember that we provide hosting, the SSL certificate to make the domain secure, and daily backups so you only need the domain from whatever third-party domain provider you choose.

No you don’t, we handle the hosting and provide daily website backups.

Yes. When you sign up and use a Vonk Digital mortgage website you will need to pick a plan and provide your credit card details.

At any given time we have 12 demo sites available for review here. they do change often; but we always keep 12. Older ones get sunsetted as newer layouts are launched.  If you click on each of the images it will launch a full demo site you can use to play around with. See the Demo Layouts here.

The fact that you asked this question already lets us know we will be a good fit. We offer edit access to pages, the full blog platform, and the lead forms (you can make any version of a lead form you want; ask anything in any order).  We include a drag-and-drop page editor with tons of elements (buttons, carousels, video display. etc) and prebuilt sections you can use to add additional info to any page (Just change the words to fit your needs).

That being said; you are not just buying a self-service platform. You have access to our support team which is 100% US based. They can help with quick fixes such as a phone number change, adding a welcome video, or changing your phone number.

You also have access to us for custom-paid work. These projects are all quoted on a project basis so you know the cost upfront. We do custom landing pages, recruiting pages, event pages, and more. There is no need to go try and find someone online that can help with this. You can use our team that only builds on our platform for a quicker and less costly project.

We run our support team off a ticketing system. To start a ticket you just email [email protected] and that alerts the whole team and time stamps the request so we can track that it is addressed in a timely manner.

If you need phone support they will send you the calendar of the appropriate person based on what you need. For example: Help with deciding if an SEO strategy is right for you and your market is different than building out landing pages for new loan officers.

The plans are based on how many loan officer landing pages you need. The first plan is for single originators or companies that don’t need to provide loan officer landing pages. The next plan is for up to 15 loan officer landing pages, and the Enterprise plan starts with a team of up to 25 and goes up to multiple hundreds.

You can start small and easily upgrade as you grow. We are built to be a scalable solution. As you upgrade we will prorate the difference in setup you paid and the new plan. Simple.

Yes. Tons. CRM’s, Email Service Providers, Etc. And our Journey Forms can be integrated with almost any CRM so you can easily manage your business. This platform will become your branding and marketing foundation.

No. Since we are month to month it is best we do not control your email.  We actually would not recommend having your website provider control your email.  Its best to have full control over something this important and have 24/7 support available.  We recommend using Godaddy.

Yes. If you ever decide that Vonk Digital isn’t the best mortgage website platform for your business, simply contact us to cancel.

You start the process by signing up for the plan that meets your needs here. Once you do that you will be redirected to a one-page web form we call our launch checklist. This is how you give us the info we need to build the site.

Once you submit that form you will receive a draft of your site within 2-3 business days for review. You have a round of edits with the onboarding team.

After you are happy and ready to launch we send instructions on how to update your domain. Once this is done your site is live and you get your admin credentials to log in to your backend management portal for the site!

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
